About Me
I Love Jesus and have committed my life to serving Christ and pursued every avenue possible to prepare for full-time ministry. I chose to attend Bible College, to be involved in ministry, and to accept every opportunity that came across my path to love others in the name of Jesus. I have found that there is no greater joy than serving Christ and I am careful to use my spiritual gifts faithfully to honor him and grow on a daily basis. My life has not been without speed bumps; however. I learned in my weaknesses whom I am. More importantly, I’ve learned who God is. I view every life experience as an opportunity to grow closer to God, to walk in accountability and to invite others to grow with me. Perfect I am not, but authentic and willing to be shaped and molded, I am.
One of my greatest joys has been working on development teams for each aspect of the church service. When a staff is willing to come and fellowship together, to enter in and listen corporately to what the Spirit is directing as a team, this creats such unity and empowers what Christ is doing in a larger scale in the body.

Values
My training and responsibilities have resulted in an intense desire to understand people. Who they are? What kinds of needs they have? How can I communicate with them effectively? Musicians can be self proclaimed or qualified as some strange ducks. As I see it Jesus spent His time on earth with some strange characters as well. I have loved the opportunity to grow in my musical development along side aged musicians to help the younger generation grow and develop a heart of worship. I am a team minded leader who has used the model of developing all ages of worshipers and engaging the body of the church to bring praise and glory to Christ. My experiences have led me to a role of directing and leading in the following areas: vocals, piano, guitar, drums and bass. I have had the pleasure to work in a variety of settings ranging from start up churches to a multi- campus church as well. By challenging myself and different worship teams to explore our spiritual gifts I have seen incredible development and commitment to have quality and authentic worship. I know that using the word “excellence” around worship is often misunderstood, however, I believe that as we stretch ourselves to be excellent and allow the Spirit to have His way, we will not be seen as worship leaders or musicians on a stage because the Spirit will be what leads the fellowship into His courts. Music can be of such a high standard that “we” are removed and only Christ is seen. My Wife and Children are a wonderful and special gift from above. Daily HE teaches me through growth and interaction with them. They are each committed and following the call God has on their life and have served with me in each ministry oppurtunity.
Statement of Faith
My Statement of Faith: I believe in the triune deity of God our Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I believe Jesus Christ came to earth (Matthew 1:22-23), under the will of his Father who is God (John 1:1-5) and upon conquering the grave Jesus left with us His Spirit (Acts 1:4-5). I believe the bible is the whole and complete inspired word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17;Mark 13:31), both necessary and sufficient for each of us to know and follow our Savior. I believe Jesus Christ is the one and only way to come to acknowledge and accept the gift of Salvation (John 14:6). Jesus is eternity past and our eternity future, coming to earth as 100% God and 100% Man. Romans 10:9 speaks clearly that we are to confess and believe in our heart's that Jesus was raised from the dead. I believe that Jesus came to earth in human form, died for the sins of this world, three days later rose again, and now sits at the right hand of God. My life has been touched and marked with both His grace and forgiveness, daily drawing me into knowing Christ more as I am complete and fulfilled in His image (Hebrews 10:14).
My Personal Commitment to Christ: My heart's desire is to daily meditate, listen, and grow in likeness of our Lord and Savior. Worship has been an avenue of connection that the Lord has infused in my life to serve, train, and lead others in as I run faithfully into His presence. I love the Scripture in John 4, where Jesus is sharing that we can know who we worship and it matters not where, but that we simply worship Him. That is a personal commitment and calling, that I faithfully worship first, as I believe we cannot lead where we are not willing to go and engage first. A bell that rings so true to me is that Jesus is love and that He loves us. From that wellspring, I daily will strive to serve and honor Him first in all that I do. I know personally there is no better tired than the tired of seeking and finding Him as He daily grows each of us.
